Role Overview
- Define and socialize a multi-year AI strategy and operating model spanning candidate and client journeys
- Lead cross-functional delivery of AI initiatives from discovery to scaled rollout
- Operationalize AI agents and decisioning across channels
- Evaluate and manage AI/MarTech/AdTech vendors and SOWs; own budget planning, ROI models, and commercial negotiations
- Deliver quarterly readouts showing EBITDA impact, revenue lift, funnel efficiency, and operational productivity gains
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree OR High School Diploma/GED plus equivalent experience
- 8+ years in digital marketing, growth, or product with 3+ years driving AI/ML related initiatives
- Relevant business and digital technology experience
- Familiarity with agile delivery, product discovery, experimentation frameworks, and model lifecycle management
- Experience managing large optimizations for multiple brands
