Work closely with physician leaders, management, IT department staff, and practice consultants
Design, compute, organize, track, and report information related to various THC/PRIVIA initiatives
Effective communication with physicians offices, patients, and all company personnel is imperative

High School diploma or general equivalency
Three years experience in business administration in the medical field
Intermediate to advanced MS Office products skills
Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures, ICD-10 and CPT coding, insurance processes, and MS Office literacy
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Self-starter that requires minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal skills
Patient Experience training helpful
Intermediate to Advanced PowerPoint
