Striving for strong customer service with increased growth from customer base.
Educates, instructs and introduces new testing to assigned and newly generated accounts in an assigned territory.
Acts as a liaison between the client and the LabCorp operations team in relation to client needs.
Provides ongoing service and problem resolution to customer base.
Assists with customer billing issues.
Ensures customer retention by providing superior customer service.
Recommends solutions that are client focused and persuasive.
Provides account management for client’s day to day operations.
Provides new laboratory tests to assigned customer base.
Works closely with senior sales representatives to grow customer base.
Continuously provides educational material to the client base.
Resolves any customer related issues in a timely manner.
Meets and exceeds monthly retention and additional sales.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proven success in managing customers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Must reside in Tyler, TX or surrounding areas
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must be able to travel to cover assigned geographic areas.
Persuasive verbal and written communication skills
Superior customer service skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships
Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, competitive market
Self-motivated
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Proven success in sales & client renewals (preferred)
At least 3 years' experience in Account Management, Client Success role or client facing (preferred)
Current or previous clinical laboratory or diagnostics sales experience (preferred)
Understanding of physician office workflow and service expectation (preferred)
