Sales Manager – Central Region, Wholesale Channel

Role Overview

• Drive sales growth and profitability through direct sales to existing accounts and development of new customers
• Develop and implement region-specific sales and marketing strategies
• Lead all sales operations within the Central region
• Coordinate sales and service activities with engineering, manufacturing, inventory, and shipping
• Responsible for monthly forecast for segments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience demonstrating proven success in growing sales and closing deals within the wholesale industry
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing independent agents and teams
• Familiarity with wholesale distribution in the construction or plumbing industry
• Proficient computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite
