About this role
Role Overview
- As an entry-level Designer engineering role, the Designer I will begin their career on the production team to learn Revit and deliver document packages to the client
- This individual is expected to receive delegated production work and work effectively as part of a team
- They will also participate in the TEECOMuniversity in-house training program
- Attend client meetings with senior technical staff members and prepare meeting notes documenting relevant decisions and discussions
- Prepare Revit models and/or AutoCAD drawings
- Assist other technical staff members with job site inspections
- Perform delegated tasks from senior staff
- Attend and contribute to internal team, discipline, and project meetings
- Actively initiate and participate in discussions about project challenges and process improvements
Requirements
- Education/Degree/Major: BS in Engineering (electrical preferred) or equivalent experience
- Construction industry or equivalent experience is a plus
- Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit) is a plus
- Bluebeam Studio is a plus
- Microsoft Suite
