Account Manager, Burn Care – Southeast Territory

Role Overview

• Driving the adoption of Nexobrid and Epicel products
• Support case activity and educate on appropriate use
• Drive account growth through business planning and territory management
• Navigate complex hospital procurement and formulary processes
• Serve as primary contact for burn centers, delivering clinical education and product in-servicing
• Partner with Clinical Specialists and align with internal teams for account strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Masters preferred
• 3-5+ years of experience of hospital-based specialty healthcare products sales, ideally in burn or wound care
• Track record of exceeding sales goals in an OR environment
• Strong knowledge of hospital systems, surgical procedures, and sterile field protocols
• Professional approach prioritizing patient welfare
• Successful background in territory and complex account management
• Understanding of medical reimbursement (billing, coding, coverage, and payment) in the healthcare system
• Proven ability to develop and manage high-value accounts
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Must manage daily travel demands, including occasional overnights and weekend days.
