Oversees full lifecycle management of assigned product and product portfolio, including new product introductions, design input, enhancements, and product retirements
Lead business case development and value proposition design for assigned product(s)
Partner with R&D to ensure product design and requirements align with clinical and customer needs, regulatory requirements, and cost efficiency
Serve as the voice of customer with a deep understanding of clinical workflows, unmet needs, and competitive dynamics
Collaborate with regional marketing and sales teams to translate product strategy into commercial success
Support customer engagements, key opinion leader (KOL) partnerships, and strategic collaborations
Drive profitable growth and market share expansion of assigned product(s)
Partner with Finance to set performance targets, monitor KPIs, and deliver against annual and long-range business plans
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field required; PhD or advanced technical degree preferred
Progressive leadership experience in product management, marketing, or business leadership within healthcare technology, ideally in medical devices or oncology; experience in clinical radiation oncology preferred
Demonstrated success leading global product portfolios and/or large clinical operations, including multidisciplinary cross-functional teams
Track record of launching complex products/solutions and achieving strong commercial outcomes
Strategic thinking with strong understanding of clinical radiation oncology and business operations
Deep understanding of oncology workflows, healthcare markets, and regulatory landscapes
Exceptional leadership skills with ability to inspire, influence, and collaborate across organizational boundaries
Strong analytical, financial, and decision-making skills; proven ability to manage investment trade-offs
Excellent communication and execution presentation skills, capable of engaging C-suite stakeholders, clinicians, and internal leadership.
