Oversees consulting project activities from client identification through final invoicing
Collaborates with Business Partner, Director of Project Delivery, and Project Managers
Engages with Delivery Team and Business Unit leadership to develop project scope and goals
Requests and analyzes client data to inform design solutions
Prepares site/massing diagrams for conceptualization
Facilitates design iterations
Ensures client understanding of contract documents
Reviews architectural and engineering documents produced by external design firms
Coordinates budgetary and schedule needs with delivery peers
Encourages design innovation while documenting best practices

Degree or equivalent
Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
At least 4 years of design management experience
Registered Architect or Licensed Interior Designer preferred, or actively pursuing licensure
At least 2 years of experience in healthcare design
Proficiency in AutoCAD & Bluebeam
Revit proficiency is a plus
Self-directed & motivated
Education, accreditation or experience with WELL or LEED-certified projects is preferred
