Role Overview

• Manage the daily operations of the restaurant under the guidance of the General Manager
• Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff
• Coordinate shift schedules and monitor inventory levels
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
• Support staff training and development
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Drive sales through effective cost control and operational efficiency
• Implement company policies and track financial performance

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous restaurant experience required; management experience preferred
• Successful completion of corporate training program required
