Support the recruiting function by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate profile data and assisting the Senior HR Talent Manager as needed to complete the hiring process.
Develop a thorough understanding of business professional positions and the qualifications required for success in those positions.
Partner with hiring managers to develop screening criteria, interview questions, and interviewing best practices.
Conduct initial screening interviews via phone or Microsoft Teams and compile candidates to present to hiring managers for secondary interviews.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Collaborate with the Senior Human Resources Talent Manager to develop innovative sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Assist the Senior Human Resources Talent Manager in identifying effective recruiting methods and strategies tailored to specific roles, industry standards, and the needs of the firm.
Prepare and extend employment offers in collaboration with the Senior Human Resources Talent Manager, including offer letter processing in ADP Workforce Now.
Process background and conflicts checks for incoming new hires, ensuring accuracy and following up on discrepancies as needed.
Partner with HR operations to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance through the onboarding process.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum of three years of in-house recruiting experience required; professional services experience preferred.
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting best practices and applicable employment laws.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility with hiring managers and candidates.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
Proactive problem-solver who can adapt to evolving hiring needs and timelines.
High level of discretion with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
Proactive self-starter with the ability to identify opportunities to add value, improve processes, and support evolving business needs.
Demonstrated negotiation skills, including the ability to align candidate expectations with firm needs.
Proven ability and comfort in effectively sourcing passive candidates.
Ability to work over 40 hours per week as needed.
