Lead development and execution of Quarry Industry Technology Strategy of all products while advancing Autonomous Solutions.
Identifying and analyzing organization's strengths and weaknesses and responding to opportunities in sales environment.
Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of staff engaged in promoting, selling, and deploying solutions to solve the customers’ toughest challenges while overseeing the resolution of customer feedback.
Developing and managing KPIs to drive success through collaboration with customers in alignment with long and short-term technology strategies; establishing training programs for execution teams to deliver a seamless experience.
Managing and directing a team delivering autonomy and technology solutions aligning with Caterpillar’s new strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields
Proven experience in Enterprise Account Management for a services organization
Knowledge of Caterpillar Products and Applications preferred
Strong Drive and Organizational Capabilities
Ability to be a Servant Leader; proven experience developing this market and sales leaders
Experience in Quarry Industry Preferred
