Represent the voice of the client in projects and be responsible for the member/client experience
Prepare a range of products and services to ensure a positive member/client experience
Work in close collaboration with the project developer and business analyst to ensure the solution meets user needs
Manage relationships with the project’s various stakeholders
Lead and influence your squads’ specialists as part of planning, feasibility and development projects
Contribute to developing and recommending strategic orientations and business positioning
Make recommendations on the development and delivery of files and projects involving operational and conceptual complexity
Interact with a large number of stakeholders who are active in a variety of fields of expertise
Establish product backlog for projects, mandates and development activities specific to your field of expertise
Advise and assist clients and partners with planning, development, performance and follow-up of various strategic mandates
Oversee the development and updating of policies, standards, models and programs to support your unit’s projects
Identify and analyze problems, raise major issues, develop diagnostics and make recommendations
