Effectively support a search process by candidate sourcing, identification, initial assessment, and object handling.
Effectively interpret the client’s needs into the appropriate candidate profile to guide outreach strategy and initial qualification conversations.
Conduct initial candidate screening conversations to share opportunity and assess high-level fit, interest and availability, while maintaining alignment with company messaging guidelines.
Generate qualified candidate interest and schedule follow-up discussions as appropriate.
Maintain accurate documentation and data integrity within the firm’s internal database to ensure compliance.
Adhere to firm standards and compliance requirements across all verbal and written candidate communications.
Depth and breadth of a specific client industry, translating that knowledge into effective candidate engagement and informed conversations.
Requirements
Bachelors’ degree preferred
Experience in sales, telemarketing or legal field is preferred
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to meet target/quotas
Worked in or sold to the AM Law 100 or 200 is preferred
Strong customer service skills
Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
