About this role
Role Overview
Build and manage a partner network of 50+ strategic partners from scratch
Drive meaningful ARR through partner channels and co-selling motions
Enable partners with the tools, training, and resources they need to successfully sell and implement Hardal
Move fast and close deals — no bureaucracy, no dragging processes, just action and results
Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential partners across agencies, system integrators, and complementary martech vendors
Develop partner programs, incentive structures, and co-marketing initiatives
Track partner performance metrics and optimize the ecosystem for maximum revenue impact
Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure a seamless partner experience
Requirements
Proven experience building partner networks from zero to 50+ active partners
Have +2 years of experience as a partnership manager
Demonstrated track record of generating ARR through partner channels
Action-oriented mindset — you close deals quickly and don't let processes drag
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence without authority
Experience enabling and training partners at scale
Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken) — you'll be working with international partners
Knowledge of the martech ecosystem is a strong plus
Startup mentality: comfortable with ambiguity and building programs from scratch
If you've only managed existing partner programs at established companies with ready-made funnels — this isn't for you.
