Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an ACPE certified school of pharmacy
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in health system pharmacy
- 3 years in formal leadership position
- Successful completion of a HSPAL residency training program, in lieu of formal leadership experience
