Understand each client's unique needs and objectives and align our solutions to meet them.
Work closely with Customer Success to ensure overall account satisfaction and become an escalation point for addressing any concerns.
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of relevant healthcare trends, priorities, challenges, and opportunities and how PointClickCare solutions align and support.
Monitor the competitive landscape and market trends in healthcare data and technology.
Analyze data and reports to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
Ensure deliverables arrive on time and fulfill customer requirements, creating an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
7+ years’ experience at a healthcare SaaS company, with a record of exceptional performance, demonstrating YOY sales growth, and consistent quota attainment.
Ability to identify and build relationships with C-suite executives.
Experience introducing a new healthcare SaaS product to providers.
Experience working with Salesforce, Gainsight, LinkedIn, and other sales related tool.
