Evaluate business portfolio frameworks, strategic initiatives, and financial performance metrics to support long-term growth objectives.
Partner with business unit leadership to define, refine, and execute growth strategies, including new market entry, capability expansion, and operational optimization.
Support the planning, execution, and performance tracking of the 2028 North American Strategic Plan.
Lead and support special strategic initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.
Conduct in-depth industry and competitive research to identify organic growth opportunities and expansion into adjacent markets.
Develop advanced financial models and valuation analyses to assess acquisition targets and strategic investments.
Support end-to-end M&A processes, including target screening, due diligence coordination, financial analysis, and integration planning.
Prepare business cases, investment memoranda, and executive-level presentations for review by senior leadership.
Collaborate closely with North American leadership — including CEO, CFO, General Counsel, Tax, and operational teams — to ensure seamless transaction execution.
Support development and management of the M&A pipeline, including engagement with potential acquisition targets.
Perform additional strategic and analytical responsibilities as business priorities evolve.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, Economics, or a related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate finance, audit/Transaction Services, or related analytical roles
Demonstrated experience in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research
Exposure to M&A transactions and due diligence processes preferred
Exposure to private equity transactions, investment committee materials, or sponsor-driven due diligence processes preferred.
