Lead full-cycle talent acquisition efforts, partnering with hiring managers to shape hiring strategy and attract exceptional talent across the organization
Coordinate recruitment; working with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop job descriptions, source applicants, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and acquire top talent
Coordinate onboarding and off-boarding; setup employee file and profile in HRIS, run background checks and verify work authorization, and organize onboarding training
Work with the People team to manage the HRIS and benefits, helping new employees with signing up for benefits, and acting as an internal resource for HRIS and benefits needs, as well as a liaison to Pearl’s PEO and third party benefits partners
Leverage employee feedback and data insights to drive engagement initiatives and continuous improvement
Identify areas for operational improvement across recruiting and HR, document, and implement new processes
Requirements
4+ years of experience spanning full-cycle recruiting and HR operations
Experience with technical recruiting is a plus
Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategy and HR best practices
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches while balancing operational responsibilities
