About this role
Role Overview
Develop and implement sales strategies, identify new clients, manage sales pipelines.
Audit sales processes and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Develop proposals, sales pitches, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Lead the sales process from prospecting to contract signing.
Represent the firm at industry events and collaborate with internal teams.
Requirements
Degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering or a business-related field.
10 years’ experience in management consulting.
Previous exposure to operations consulting.
Ability to sell complex operations consulting services at C-level in the commercial transportation sector.
Proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets.
Existing client portfolio or strong network of contacts within the industry.
Excellent communication skills.
Availability for regular travel within the U.S. and abroad.
