Requirements
- 5+ years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven track record of managing complex programs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong technical fluency in engineering environments
- Deep understanding of Agile delivery practices
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
