Manage logistical operations for the storage and shipment of products
Create integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, sales, supply chain, and outside suppliers
Coordinate incoming and outgoing movement and storage of components, parts, and finished products
Manage cross-functional project teams to design and implement logistics capabilities
Identify, maintain, and terminate relationships with contracted vendors
Manage the organizations compliance with U.S. Customs and C-TPAT regulation
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of Direct Import customer requirements
Partner with internal and external legal counsel as appropriate
Establish and measure KPI’s
Manage third party logistics (3PL) transportation and distribution systems
Investigate root cause for problem reconciliation
Develop and implement best practices
Manage the logistics budget

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Five (5) years of international logistics experience in the consumer products industry
Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) preferred
Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and operations
Strong knowledge of Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong proficiency using ERP or Warehouse Management Software (WMS) solutions (i.e., SAP)
Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
