Translate corporate and portfolio strategy into cohesive product investment priorities and roadmap direction.
Own product portfolio performance, ensuring alignment with revenue targets, market growth opportunities, and customer outcomes.
Lead build, buy, and partner decisions and guide investment trade-off decisions across product lines.
Serve as a subject matter leader in healthcare payer technology, including claims processing, care management, provider administration, and member experience solutions.
Establish governance and operating frameworks that ensure consistent, high-quality product development and delivery across teams.
Build and develop product leadership capability, establishing scalable product management frameworks and operational rigor across teams.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
10+ years of progressive product management leadership experience, preferably in healthcare software, digital health, payer technology, or clinical workflow platforms.
7+ years of progressive leadership experience leading large product portfolios and teams.
Experience driving enterprise transformation initiatives and scaling product organizations.
Deep understanding of the healthcare payer ecosystem, including utilization management, care management, care coordination, population health, and member engagement workflows.
Experience with SaaS delivery models, modern cloud platforms, data analytics, interoperability (FHIR, HL7, APIs), and regulatory frameworks (CMS, NCQA, HEDIS, etc.).
Proven ability to partner with engineering leaders to deliver high-quality, scalable products.
Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence across internal leadership, customers, and external stakeholders.
