The Payroll Specialist plays a critical role in delivering accurate, compliant, and timely payroll solutions across domestic and international operations.
This position supports complex executive and multi‑state payrolls, conducts advanced reporting and reconciliation, and contributes to technical system improvements within SAP/SuccessFactors.
Ideal candidates bring strong Payroll skills and advanced Excel skills to help ensure data integrity, streamline processes, and support strategic business needs.
This role requires exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Requirements
Four (4) years of experience in payroll, accounting, analytical or related fields OR Bachelor’s degree and one (1) year of payroll, tax, or accounting experience
Experience with year-end payroll and tax processing
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
High School diploma or GED
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
Experience with high-volume, multi-state, multi-company payroll processing
Strong planning, communication, analytical, and organizational skills
