Role Overview
- Act as Liaison with management and our customers
- Provide dedication to improve customer service and business productivity
- Proactively manage customer portfolio including billing, IoT, monitoring and customer reach-out.
- Provide excellent and timely customer service through phone, email, chat
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in customer phone service
- Experience problem solving and providing resolution to billing and other customer care issues
- Minimum HS Degree
- Available Monday-Friday, 9 AM
- 6 PM/On-site-Shelton, CT-Headquarters
- Start Immediately
