Sales Representative

Role Overview

• Handling inbound calls and warm leads.
• Consulting with potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages.
• Converting sales leads into policyholders.
• Paid training in a remote work environment.

Requirements

• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.
