Develop and execute comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement
Lead campaigns and product launches in collaboration with the team, to conceptualize, develop from ideation to rollout, and optimization
Manage and optimize company pages across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
Analyze and adapt KPI’s to reach maximum engagement, sentiment share of voice, and pivot in real time as needed to optimize strategy
Collaborate with creative content writer(s) to ensure brand-aligned messaging across channels, while providing strategic guidance rather than directly authoring copy for publishing content tailored to target audiences
Monitor trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with business goals
In collaboration with the Director, manage paid advertising campaigns, SEO strategies, and influencer partnerships
Ensure brand consistency and maintain a strong online reputation
Stay updated on emerging digital trends and technologies to drive innovation
Requirements
Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing
Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
Ability to develop creative and data-driven strategies
Experience in paid advertising, SEO, and influencer marketing.
