You will work with our clients on administrative management and client relations for our Bureau Veritas Certification subsidiary.
Your role is to ensure end-to-end management of the client relationship in the back office.
Manage the opening and tracking of client contracts autonomously.
Handle customer disputes with professionalism and responsiveness.
Prepare and organize administrative files to ensure compliance.
Ensure effective communication between internal departments and clients.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes.
Requirements
You are studying for a diploma from high school (Bac) to Bac+3 in SME/SMI management, administrative management, commercial relations or an equivalent field.
You are comfortable with administrative tasks.
Your attention to detail and organizational skills enable you to process client files efficiently.
You are proficient with Microsoft Office.
You can manage priorities effectively.
You have strong interpersonal skills.
