Provide initial and ongoing training and support to clinicians for the adoption and optimal use of the electronic medical record (EMR)
Utilize Epic tools and clinical workflows to deliver in-person and remote “at-the-elbow” assistance
Serve as a subject matter expert for new providers
Onboard new clinicians and provide ongoing guidance to existing staff
Collaborate with project teams on initiatives such as AI
Deliver high-level live help desk assistance
Identify opportunities for improvement in workflows and work with the ITD teams that design improvements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a multi-entity health care system OR Master’s Degree and two years of experience OR Associate’s Degree and five years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED or equivalent and seven years of experience
Experience typically supported by license in a medically related field such as nursing, pharmacy, medical technology or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
Strong clinical background and knowledge of patient care setting and clinical practice
ITIL Foundations certification is required within 6 months of position start date
