Drive coordination across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
Facilitate program meetings, cross-functional touchpoints, stakeholder reviews, and enablement sessions
Own meeting agendas, capture notes, track action items, and ensure follow-through and accountability
Maintain core program documentation (roadmaps, risks, decisions) and produce clear, concise status reports and stakeholder readouts
Manage integrated Smartsheet schedules, surfacing dependencies and escalating blockers to protect milestones and the critical path
Partner with Change Management and Training teams to keep job aids, training materials, and communication assets aligned with scope and release timelines; support traceability tracking, uploads, and follow-ups
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience
5+ years of experience in finance program management, project management, or cross-functional coordination roles
Proven ability to succeed in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while driving clarity, structure, and alignment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities
Demonstrated strength in stakeholder management, including engaging distributed teams, driving alignment across cross-functional groups, and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Experience with collaboration and program tools such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, Confluence, Asana, or similar
