Own and maintain the Revenue Management non-integrated program plan and schedule, monitoring progress across all SDLC stages
Proactively identify schedule slippage, dependencies, and risks, escalating issues and driving mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
Lead end-to-end project management for assigned initiatives, including scope definition, risk management, and stakeholder communication
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on requirements, technical approach, and delivery timelines
Oversee project execution by removing blockers, managing dependencies, and driving timely resolution of issues
Maintain transparency on project health through clear metrics and reporting, tracking status, risks, and impacts
