About this role
Role Overview
Make outbound calls to commercial prospects.
Deliver compelling, compliant sales pitches and effectively close sales over the phone.
Learn and apply sales materials, scripts, and objection-handling techniques.
Manage a pipeline of follow-up calls for leads not closed on the first call.
Maintain accurate CRM records for all interactions and lead statuses.
Enroll new customers, explaining pricing, contract terms, and services.
Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.
Comply with industry regulations and company policies during every customer interaction.
Adhere to our business casual dress code and maintain a professional demeanor.
Be punctual and present for all scheduled shifts: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Requirements
B2B sales experience preferred
Previous sales or call center experience is preferred.
Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to learn quickly, retain product knowledge, and apply it effectively.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Self-starter with a results-driven mentality and the ability to work independently
High level of professionalism and integrity.
Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and sales pipelines
Ability to understand complex business needs and tailor solutions accordingly
