approximately 7+ years of experience in Professional Services or a top-tier management consulting environment
specialized focus on Strategic Workforce Planning and human capital priorities
proven track record of driving large-scale strategic initiatives
managing multiple competing priorities through a structured consulting toolkit and roadmap development
strong expertise in strategic workforce planning and data analytics
keen ability to identify necessary data points, interpret complex findings, and use them to influence critical business decisions
significant experience in leading cross-functional "matrix" teams
high level of AI proficiency
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to context-switch effectively between high-level strategy and tactical project management
