Own end-to-end program execution for assigned initiatives, ensuring clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met across multiple workstreams.
Lead the identification and implementation of solutions that improve efficiency across people, process, and technology, supporting USPM's strategic priorities.
Drive change management activities including communications, training, and adoption tracking to ensure successful implementation and build awareness and connection with frontline teams.
Leverage deep knowledge of multifamily operations and third-party property management to ensure initiatives align with operational realities.
Create high-quality training materials, job aids, communications, and presentations that drive adoption and understanding across diverse audiences.
Manage assigned programs from initiation through completion, maintain program schedules, and status reporting.
Engage with operational teams to gather requirements, communicate updates, and facilitate problem-solving.
Requirements
5 years of related experience in multifamily property operations, customer experience, process improvement, program management, or related field.
Experience working in multifamily property operations at Greystar preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, project management, or related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
Strong understanding of third-party property management operations and client service delivery models.
Demonstrated ability to manage programs and drive results through cross-functional teams.
Experience leading change management efforts in real estate or similar industry preferred.
Proven ability to create polished, professional deliverables and presentations.
Strong program management skills with ability to manage scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management/collaboration tools, like Asana.
