Role Overview
- Leverage extensive retail and hospitality project background
- Maintain design guidelines, coordinate content with stakeholders and oversee implementation
- Support the development of design concepts, block plans, and test-fits
- Review and comment on design documents
- Provide design support and guidance to project managers and design teams
- Collaborate with various consultants and product vendors
- Prepare presentation materials for executive leadership
- Keep up to date with emerging trends and design best practices
- Incorporate sustainability strategy into design and construction projects
Requirements
- Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- 5+ years of direct experience in commercial architecture, interior design, planning and programming
- Knowledge of building codes, standards and building structures
- Strong understanding of branded retail and hospitality environments
- Familiarity of MEP and structural building systems
- Applied knowledge of and skills in utilizing AutoCAD software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project)
