Role Overview
- Maintain design guidelines and coordinate content with stakeholders
- Support the development of design concepts and block plans
- Review and comment on design documents
- Provide design support to project managers and external design teams
- Collaborate with various consultants and product vendors
- Prepare presentation materials and assist with presenting design topics
- Keep up to date with emerging trends and insights in design best practices
- Incorporate sustainability strategy into design and construction projects
- Support dashboard reporting and monitor progress against plan
Requirements
- Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- 5+ years of direct experience in commercial architecture and interior design
- Experience with the entire project lifecycle, from programming through post occupancy
- Knowledge of building codes, standards and building structures
- Strong understanding of branded retail and hospitality environments
- Familiarity of MEP and structural building systems
- Applied knowledge of AutoCAD software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
