Lead cross‑functional portfolio, Sales, and Account Management efforts to develop, implement, and track quarterly revenue and margin‑generating programs
Drive pan‑portfolio margin improvement initiatives in partnership with Manufacturing
Manage and enhance key business reporting including contributions to dashboards, portfolio performance tracking, and monthly business highlights
Lead strategic, US pan portfolio initiatives including business development opportunity assessments
Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Strategy to identify and implement strategies that maximize molecule value
Collaborate with Customer Strategy & Account Management to advance continuous improvement of supply program management processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, science or related field
Minimum of 8 years in marketing, sales, contracting, finance, and/or relevant experience
Market Access experience, contracting with GPOs and IDNs
Pricing analysis and determination, particularly with GPOs
P&L responsibility
Forecasting
Operating plan/latest estimate experience
US experience
Product/portfolio valuation, business case development, project management, product forecasting, cost of goods sold, pricing successes
