The Business Applications & Systems Manager is responsible for the configuration, management, and optimization of IT platforms across a multi-site humanitarian organization.
Ensure secure, reliable operations for North American headquarters and international offices.
Provide technical support, training, and troubleshooting to users worldwide.
Support digital transformation initiatives and safeguard sensitive data.
Administer user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions for various platforms including Salesforce and Microsoft 365.
Lead digital transformation projects, including migration and integration of new technologies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field required.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on systems administration experience in a global, multi-site organization.
Direct experience supporting Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and ideally Sage Intacct, CommCare, Nexonia, and Dayforce.
Experience providing support to remote teams in low-connectivity environments.
Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to explain IT concepts clearly to non-technical staff.
