Define, Develop and manage the PET implementation strategy aligned with business growth objectives, priorities and market expansion goals.
Establish a standardized, scalable implementation framework and process that reduces time from interest to go live and first PET scan for hospital and outpatient settings.
Anticipate and proactively address clinical, operational, regulatory, reimbursement, and organizational barriers to PET adoption and new customer start up.
Own accountability for implementation outcomes, including speed to activation, quality of execution, customer experience, and sustained adoption.
Continuously evaluate and refine implementation processes, tools, and playbooks to improve performance and scalability.
Partner closely with Sales and Clinical Applications throughout the customer lifecycle, from early engagement and feasibility assessment through program launch, program optimization and growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Supply Chain, Clinical Applications, Sales, Imaging, Market Access, Medical and Regulatory teams to ensure seamless execution and customer readiness.
Serve as a senior advisor to the leadership team on PET strategy, implementation readiness, and market execution risks.
Engage directly with hospital executives, outpatient leadership, physicians, and clinical teams to drive alignment, adoption, and long-term success.
Represent the organization with government entities, regulatory bodies, and professional societies related to PET imaging as needed.
Own budget responsibility for implementation programs and team operations, with direct influence on P&L outcomes.
