Supports the administration of the temporary foreign worker program.
Backup support to the local attendance management program by performing routine data entry into one or more systems and maintaining accurate records and reports.
Assists employees and managers, with guidance, by providing timely and accurate responses to employee questions and inquiries about employee benefits programs and human resources policies.
Gathers data to assist in the preparation of reports measuring the effectiveness and quality of human resources services.
Assists with projects related to process optimization and standardization, including implementing accountability measures and processes to ensure compliance.
Assists with the implementation of new hire, termination, and other employee lifecycle related processes.
Requirements
Two years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
Experience in a unionized environment.
College Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human resource and working towards their HR designation.
