Administer and negotiate subcontracts, ensuring compliance with contractual provisions
Maintain and build client relationships, ensuring all commitments are met

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering disciplines related to our field; Electrical, civil, mechanical, etc.
5+ years in Project Management or related roles preferred, with direct exposure field activities working in fast-paced environments
3+ years’ experience managing large projects preferred, working on all phases of project execution including kick-off, engineering, design, procurement, commissioning, and contractual closeout
Understanding of power conditioning systems and battery energy storage systems, including transformers
Familiarity with engineering and construction industry practices
Knowledge of EPC commercial terms and mitigation strategies for potential delays; experience working with claims, delay notifications, payment terms, liquidated damages, potential risks, and exposure, scope of work, Division of Responsibilities, etc.
