Lead the development and implementation of compliance and ethics strategies aligned with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
Leverage technology and automation to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and enhance effectiveness.
Collaborate with senior business leadership and Global Governance stakeholders to communicate compliance expectations.
Assess and update program governance to ensure enterprise objectives are met and appropriate measures of effectiveness are established.
Lead content and design teams to define and integrate compliance and ethics content across delivery channels.
Develop compliance learning platforms, training assignments, and performance metrics to drive insights and action.
Foster a culture of integrity by promoting ethical standards and accountability across the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 5 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.
4 years’ supervisory experience.
5 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
