be the subject matter expert on Handoff to Delivery and to drive operational excellence for Midwest zone service delivery
responsible for the E2E process from presale, order booking and invoicing/rev recognition
facilitate between Sales and District Service Directors to validate opportunities booked, capture demand requirements, and review a project for technical accuracy
assist project managers with multiple projects, analyzing forecasts, maintaining key dates, and managing risks
facilitate daily management for the Midwest zone, ensuring standardization, preparing agendas, documenting meetings, and updating dashboards
coordinate with sales and project teams to set up new projects, handle missing presales assets, and lead daily presales meetings
identify and optimize processes for better productivity
assist in deploying the PSA system, and provide technical support during go-live
oversee order management activities, document and track meeting actions, and ensure timely project delivery and performance improvement
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration or a related field
At least 2 years’ of experience in project coordination, project management, or operations
proficiency with project management software
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
excellent verbal and written communication skills
Analytical mindset with proactive problem-solving skills
the applicable PMI certification per role/level is required for all Employees hired/re-hired into the CPM/CDM role
