Role Overview
Partner with large law firms to modernize practice delivery and leverage AI responsibly.
Own retention, expansion, and cross-sell strategy across a portfolio of large law firms.
Develop and maintain deep understanding of customer business models and market challenges.
Lead consultative, insight-driven sales engagements with senior decision-makers.
Deliver presentations articulating ROI and strategic impact.
Conduct regular executive-level status and strategy reviews to assess performance.
Travel up to 25% to meet clients and attend industry events.
Requirements
Law degree and 4+ years practice at associate or partner level in a law firm with 50+ lawyers
Experience in some or all of the following: Innovation, Legal ops, Knowledge management, practice management
Experience influencing revenue growth, client retention, innovation adoption, or strategic initiatives within a law firm or legal services organization.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and commercialize ideas within complex organizations.
Strong working knowledge of generative AI and its application in client conversations.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable operating independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to a high-performing sales culture.
