About this role
Role Overview
Lead current-state process analysis and future-state design for investment operations workflows.
Translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions.
Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency using low-code / no-code platforms.
Partner with stakeholders across various business lines to design and implement scalable solutions.
Lead cross-functional stakeholders through complex change initiatives.
Establish best practices for process documentation and governance.
Monitor post-implementation outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in investment operations, project management, business analysis, process improvement, or operations transformation.
Experience with low-code / no-code platforms.
Experience with Tableau and Power BI, and Microsoft Power Automate tools.
Strong foundation as a business analyst with experience documenting complex workflows.
Experience enabling process change through technology solutions.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
