Role Overview
- Pre-Sales Solutions Architect partners with the local sales and pre-sales technical teams to drive the technical sales process.
- Have a strong understanding of the IT Operations market and the competitive landscape.
- Be able to manage and sell to large, complex technical environments by becoming the trusted advisor for customers.
- Deliver compelling demonstrations and presentations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Solution Architecture experience
- Have some level of programming skills (Java, Python, PHP, JSON, NodeJS, JavaScript, etc.)
- Ability to design implementation architectures.
- Ability to build integrations using a REST API.
- IT Operations Management (ITOM) Experience is preferred.
