Prepare and submit electronic court filings using a client’s designated e-filing platform
Upload finalized documents, enter required case information, and select appropriate filing codes
Review documents prior to filing to ensure formatting, signatures, and attachments are complete (no legal drafting)
Monitor filing status, confirm acceptance, and address rejections or clerk notices as needed
Coordinate corrections and resubmissions when filings are rejected
File and maintain proofs of filing, confirmations, and related court notices
Track filing deadlines and ensure timely submission in accordance with attorney instructions
Maintain organized filing records and documentation within client systems
Communicate filing status and confirmations to internal teams
Provide limited administrative support related to filings and case coordination
Basic admin tasks as needed.

Bachelor’s degree required
Experience in a legal administrative, legal assistant, or litigation support role preferred
Direct experience with electronic court filing systems is strongly preferred
Comfortable working within specialized legal software and following structured workflows
Highly detail-oriented with strong quality control skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to manage repetitive, deadline-driven tasks with consistency and accuracy
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while remaining responsive
Home office setup, with fast internet and PC computer.
