Define the strategic roadmap and operational plan for Rubrik University, ensuring all training programs align with company goals for product adoption, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of trainers and content developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and instructional excellence.
Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure training content is accurate, timely, and addresses critical knowledge gaps.
Oversee the development, maintenance, and continuous update of all training curricula for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Own the delivery model for all training types, including employee training, customer training, and partner enablement.
Manage the learning management system (LMS) and all delivery platforms to ensure a world-class user experience.
Establish clear, measurable success metrics for all training initiatives and track, analyze, and report on training data and ROI to senior leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
12+ years of experience in managing corporate training, technical enablement, or education departments, preferably within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company.
6+ years of direct people management experience, leading a team of trainers or curriculum developers.
Proven experience designing and delivering training across various modalities (instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, blended).
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic projects.
