Role Overview
Continuously refine our regular planning process and Adobe Workfront/Workfront Planner instances.
Recommend improvements based on inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
Lead the implementation of approved process changes.
Standardize content production tracking and reporting frameworks.
Maintain clear documentation and process guides for the content production model.
Be a champion for content management guidelines throughout the organization through trainings, communications, and peer support.
Collaborate with business operations, global and regional content teams, campaign marketing, and creative teams to drive efficiencies and improve internal communication.
Requirements
5+ years of proven experience in content management, content operations, content marketing, or a similar role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills
Strong operational, project management, and documentation skills
Understanding of B2B marketing, content supply chain, and the potential of AI for improving efficiencies in content operations
