About this role
Role Overview
Own a portfolio of critical customer programs from post-design win through production ramp and sustained revenue.
Define and manage end-to-end ramp plans.
Track progress against ramp KPIs (schedule, yield, volume, revenue).
Lead cross-functional ramp reviews and execution forums.
Ensure committed DWINs convert into actual shipped revenue.
Act as a trusted operational interface with key customers during ramp phases.
Identify systemic ramp issues and drive improvements in processes, tools, and handoffs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or related field
8+ years of experience in product management, program management, operations, or customer-facing execution roles
Proven experience managing complex customer ramps in a hardware, semiconductor, systems, or platform environment
Strong cross-functional leadership skills without direct authority
Ability to operate comfortably in ambiguity while driving clarity and execution
Excellent communication skills—able to synthesize details into executive-level insights
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias for action.
