Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
4+ years of Program Management experience working directly with multiple agile, product and/or platform teams
Solid grasp of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
Exposure to Agile and DevOps methodologies and tooling, specifically Jira, Confluence, and AI-enhanced project tools
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to assess release-related risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
Analytical and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and resolving conflict
Preferred: Experience working in a modern cloud-based software product development environment, with cloud native AWS experience preferred
