About this role
Role Overview
- Planning and conducting wound rounds, wound documentation, and preparing wound anamneses
- Providing optimal wound prophylaxis and preventing or minimizing pain
- Supporting treating physicians, e.g., with conventional wound care
- Assisting in the training of our nursing staff
- Providing individualized basic and treatment care for residents
- Documenting the nursing care process for each resident
- Ensuring care quality together with the on-site team
- Being attentive and available to residents and their relatives
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse, geriatric nurse and/or health and nursing professional with additional training in wound management
- Team player with empathy when interacting with residents and colleagues
- Independent, solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to work all shifts
- Basic IT affinity/comfort with IT systems
